handles all the insurance needs for Ultimate Logistics, LLC. They have numerous offices across the United States and specialize in insuring commercial vehicles, over the road semi-tractors and trailers.

American Diagnostics Corp. handles all drug and alcohol testing per FMCSA & DOT requirements.

Troy Sloan, CPA; Wilson, Harris and Company addresses any tax concerns/issues and handles all tax reporting for the company.

Primary responsibilities include purchasing commercial semi-tractors and trailers for the company. Bill’s goal is to continue to build the fleet. Bill and Greg Cardenalli coordinate and handle the financial needs of Ultimate Logistics. Bill is in charge of hiring all drivers. He oversees the drug testing of the drivers and works hand in hand with Ballard & Company, Inc. to ensure the company is in compliance with all necessary licensing, permits, DOT issues, fuel reporting and insurance.
